Human Resources Executive Site

    1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Coordinate with the corporate HR and site management to identify manpower requirements.
    • Support in sourcing candidates locally for site-level roles (operators, technicians, helpers, etc.).
    • Conduct initial screening, document verification, and assist in interview coordination.
    • Manage onboarding formalities, joining documentation, and induction sessions for new employees.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of personal files and employee records at the site.

     

    1. Attendance & Leave Management
    • Maintain daily attendance, shift schedules, and absenteeism reports.
    • Track and update attendance data in HRIS or manual registers as per the company process.
    • Verify leave applications and ensure compliance with company leave policies.
    • Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.

     

    1. Payroll Coordination
    • Share site attendance, overtime, and allowance data with the payroll team on time.
    • Verify the wage register and ensure accurate calculation of salary, OT, and deductions.
    • Coordinate disbursement of salary and collect employee acknowledgments (where applicable).
    • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, or payslips.

     

    1. Statutory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
    • Maintain statutory registers and records (Muster Roll, Wages Register, Leave Register, etc.).
    • Coordinate with labour contractors for submission of statutory documents.
    • Display statutory abstracts and notices at the site as per requirement.
    • Support internal and external labour inspections and audits.

     

    1. Employee Engagement & Welfare
    • Plan and execute employee welfare and engagement activities at the site.
    • Ensure availability of basic amenities like drinking water, first aid, restrooms, etc.
    • Support implementation of safety and health initiatives in coordination with the HSE team.
    • Address employee grievances at the site and escalate unresolved issues to the HR Manager.

     

    1. Training & Development
    • Coordinate periodic training programs such as safety induction, skill enhancement, and toolbox talks.
    • Maintain training attendance and records for all employees.
    • Identify skill gaps and share training needs with the HR Head / Corporate L&D team.

     

    1. Disciplinary & Exit Management
    • Monitor employee discipline, attendance, and behavior on-site.
    • Support in issuing warning letters, notices, and disciplinary actions as per HR policy.
    • Facilitate exit formalities and recover company property during separation.
    • Coordinate clearance and F&F settlement with Head Office.

     

    1. HR Administration & Reporting
    • Maintain up-to-date employee master data, ID cards, and access records.
    • Submit periodic HR reports – manpower, attrition, attendance, new joiners, and separations.
    • Assist during audits and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for HR-related site requirements.

     

    1. Coordination & Communication
    • Act as a liaison between site employees and the corporate HR team.
    • Communicate HR policies, circulars, and updates effectively to all site employees.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between project managers, contractors, and the HR department.

     

    1. Safety & Compliance Support
    • Work closely with the Safety Department to ensure compliance with safety norms.
    • Participate in mock drills, health check-ups, and welfare inspections.
    • Ensure PPE distribution records and medical fitness certificates are properly maintained.

     

Qualifications

  • Required:
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (preferred)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in site-based industries such as (Infrastructure Organizations)
  • Hands-on experience in attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement at the site level..
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Well-developed analytical, planning, and project management skills
  • Experience with analyzing large datasets
  • Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments
  • Extensive Project Management experience
  • Strong client presence with project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously
